  • Technical Support – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line engineers who keep clients up and running, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Technical Delivery – Specialists who implement new systems, migrations, and projects with precision and care.
  • Design & Solutions – Architects and senior experts who design scalable, secure IT environments aligned to long-term business goals.

Natalie Alden - Managing Director

Tally is the Managing Director and Enterprise Architect of Bespoke IT Solutions, having founded the company in 2014. With a sharp eye for innovation and a deep commitment to both clients and colleagues, Tally excels at helping customers optimise their IT environments while creating meaningful growth opportunities for the team.

Amanda Mahoney - 3rd Party Service Manager

Amanda Mahoney ensures our clients receive seamless, high-quality support from third-party providers. She manages supplier relationships, oversees service delivery, and acts as a key point of contact to keep everything running smoothly. With a strong focus on communication, accountability, and results, Amanda makes sure issues are resolved quickly and services meet the standards our clients expect.

 

Claire Harris

Claire Harris - Technical Delivery Team Lead.

Claire leads our Technical Delivery Team, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, securely, and to the highest standard. Known for her strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities, she plays a key role in keeping both clients and internal teams on track. 

 

Raffaele Angelino - Technical Support Team Lead

Raffaele Angelino leads our Technical Support team, overseeing service quality and ensuring every client receives consistent, reliable support. He plays a key role in managing team performance, driving accountability, and maintaining a culture where promises are followed through and issues are seen right through to resolution.

 

 

Mitch West-Cox - Account Manager

Mitch West-Cox is part of our Technical Delivery team, responsible for bringing projects to life  from system rollouts to migrations and upgrades. His role is all about delivering change smoothly and efficiently, ensuring clients experience minimal disruption while benefiting from modern, well‑implemented IT environments.

 

Bobby Nairn - 1st Line Customer Support

Bobby Nairn is one of the first points of contact for our clients, providing friendly, efficient 1st line support. He helps resolve day-to-day issues quickly while ensuring clients feel supported and understood, setting the tone for the high level of service Bespoke IT is known for.

At Bespoke IT Solutions, we are growing our Technical Delivery team and looking for a 3rd Line Consultant who wants more than just another support role.
