Recruitment - Technical Delivery 3rd Line Consultant

At Bespoke IT Solutions, we are growing our Technical Delivery team and looking for a 3rd Line Consultant who wants more than just another support role.

This is a position for someone who wants ownership, influence and the opportunity to shape how environments are built and delivered.

• Own and improve our Windows 11 cloud build
• Design and deliver solutions across modern server and cloud environments
• Work alongside project and support teams to drive consistency and quality
• Play a key role in how our platforms evolve across our client base

What you will be working on

You will be hands on across a broad technical stack, including:

• Windows Server and Azure environments
• Active Directory and identity platforms
• Citrix and Netscaler
• VMware and virtualised infrastructure
• Firewall technologies and security controls

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in project delivery, not just support, giving you real variety in your day to day work.
