Field Training Services

A two week lead in, a demanding customer and a high expectation was the brief given to James at Bespoke IT and did I mention that it was the two weeks before the Christmas break? I thank you immensely for your commitment to me and my company Field Training Services, for your business development relationship, customer care and project management (with a team in tow) to achieve the transition from Google to Microsoft 365 for me. Oh my word!! This changeover is filling my team with joy as we navigate our documents much easier, can plan our projects with ease and as a team can see all communication each of us share with our clients. We love it. I personally thank you for being professional, for sharing your knowledge with me and answering numerous questions to help my company have an improved IT system, one which works with us and saves us time. We also purchased a refurbished laptop from you, which you arranged to be delivered to my colleague after your engineers configured it correctly and ensured everything was set up correctly before despatching, this arrived the 2nd week in January. What a service.

Running a local business i was in need of some branded designed invoices that could be sent via email to customers and so i contacted James at Bespoke and after explaining what i needed i was amazed at the speed and quality of the job he did for me.
