What is our Why? A word from our founder

I started BITS because I was fed up of seeing good companies being ripped off for services that were substandard.
With big MSPs, organisations are forced to work how the MSP requires … as there are cost-saving efficiencies for the MSP but not for the customer.
They are also big beasts, often very slow to respond to changes in your needs. Here at BITS, we are more David than Goliath, so we can change and adapt and present Bespoke IT Solutions to support the customers’ business needs.
Business IT support that is bespoke to you – without breaking the bank.

IT is a tool – you shouldn’t need a degree in it to be able to use it.
IT should be making life easier – with good use of automation or AI for repeatable tasks.
IT should be a helping hand – freeing up people to do the things that require a human touch.

Our job is to know the technical stuff so we can help you get the most out of what you are paying for already.
We want to fulfil the role of trusted advisor for our customers. We work with you to enable you to succeed.
